 LabHouse’s analytical laboratory product offering is two fold: We specialize in the high tech field of TOC, VOC systems and Ultra-pure water systems. Secondly, we supply a vast array of general laboratory equipment. We have dedicated individuals to tackle each of these product portfolio’s.
On the high-tech side, we supply TOC and VOC (Headspace and Purge and Trap) products from International market leaders, Teledyne-Tekmar. To date we lead the supply of TOC systems in South Africa, having over 40 installed units by 2010. We have won numerous sales awards from Teledyne-Tekmar in the 9 years of being the distributors. On the support side, besides having a knowledgeable MD and Sales Manager, we also have a dedicated Environmental Business Specialist who handles these products in the Drinking Water and Waste Water industries. Another key product on the high-tech side is our Barnstead Ultra-pure water systems. Barnstead do Reverse Osmosis, Deionization and Distillation units for the laboratory  scale. They are characterized by good quality water specifications, competitively priced and a good alternative to very critical pure water requirements. Our existing clients are impressed with the much reduced running costs. On the general laboratory equipment side, we are the distributors for Barnstead International and Fisher Scientific as our main leading brands. With Fisher being the largest laboratory equipment supply company in the world, this can certainly make LabHouse’s potential for growth in this field. We have two dedicated personnel to assist in the sales of these products. A Chemical Industry Product Specialist who is responsible for the general chemical market, and a Research Product Specialist who calls on Universities and research institutions with the aim of promoting these general laboratory products.  To compliment this range, we are also agents for Jencons, who supply pipettors and dispensers; Elma who manufacture high quality ultra-sonic baths; UIL microbiology instrumentation and Jenco who do an extensive range of low cost pH and conductivity meters, bench-top and on-line.
On the general equipment side we also supply HPLC columns and dissolution accessories. Agents for HPLC column brands Cosmosil, Chromegabond and Inertsil, this guarantess us with a high quality, extensive range of good HPLC columns. |
